Isha is a sacred space for self-transformation, where you can come & dedicate time towards your inner growth. The center offers all four major paths of yoga – kriya (energy), gnana (knowledge), karma (action), and bhakti (devotion), drawing people from all over the world.

Adiyogi

Recognized as the world's largest bust sculpture by the Guinness World Records, the face of Adiyogi is 112 feet high, representing the 112 ways he offered for one to attain to wellbeing and one's Ultimate nature. Dhyanlinga

“Dhyana” in Sanskrit means meditation and “linga” means the form. Dhyanalinga is a profound meditative space that does not subscribe to any particular belief or faith, and requires no ritual, prayer or worship. A powerful and unique energy form, Dhyanalinga creates the possibility for every human being who comes within its sphere to experience life in its totality. The dream of many enlightened beings, Dhyanalinga was consecrated by Sadhguru after three years of an intense process of 'prana pratishtha' – a pure energy process wherein the energies of all seven chakras are raised to the peak and locked to prevent dissipation over time.

Nada Aradhana

Nada Aradhana is an offering of sound that takes place twice a day from 11:50 AM to 12:10 PM and 5:50 PM to 6:10 PM. The etheric blend of flowing vocals, singing bowls, and melodious instruments enhances one’s receptivity to the energies of the Dhyanalinga.

Teerthkunds

"Essentially, Suryakund and Chandrakund are energy pools that melt away karmic blocks, and that allow you to experience Dhyanalinga." – Sadhguru. To increase receptivity to the energies of the Dhyanalinga, visitors can take a dip in one of the two Theerthakunds (energized water bodies) on the premises. These pools are energized by rasalingas, which have been consecrated by Sadhguru. The Chandrakund, for women, is consecrated with a slightly feminine energy and the Suryakund, for men, is more masculine in nature. Taking a dip in these energized water bodies straightens out pranic imbalances, enhancing physiological and psychological wellbeing as well as heightening spiritual receptivity. The tremendous healing power of these waters has been attested to by thousands of visitors each year. The Chandrakund is embedded 30 feet below the ground, and approached by a descent of thirty-two massive steps. It is framed by gigantic granite stones and vaulted by a colorful mural depicting the Mahakumbha Mela. The Suryakund is 20 feet below ground level, contains three rasalingas and lies underneath a stunning 20 ft brass and copper sculpture of the sun.
